How reliable are the spring & followers?
Our designs across all offerings are about 97% operating without a problem. The other 3% is due to manufacturing tolerance stacking that is almost impossible to solve 100%.

My Slide is catching the follower?

Putting a slight bend in the spring in the top power coils, so it sits level at the top of the mag may be necessary. This can also prevent your mag from dropping free after follower installs. This can also be cured by actually shooting your mags. This can be hard if you’ve swapped over 8-10 mags. The faster solution is to bend the spring.

How long are the springs good for?
This depends on how much you use them because 5k across a guy with 12 mags isn’t the same as the guy with 5. Another factor in this equation is over-compression. We DO NOT RECOMMEND LEAVING MAGAZINES LOADED for long periods!

I’m Getting A Round Beneath The Follower?
We Have found that this is caused most of the time by the first round in the magazine wanting to go to the right instead of the left.

How do you test your products?
We did both mechanical and in-field usage, don’t believe me. Every match I have shot has been done on Rune Tactical products since NOV. 15th, 2021. In 2022 I’ve swapped platforms essentially every 25 days to develop multiple platforms at once.
